The shot is deemed ineffective. If vaccinated people continue to get and receive Covid, the vaccine is ineffective.

The measures that are dropped for vaccinated individuals make no sense at all in light of the fact that they can still contract and spread the virus.

It's one thing to strongly recommend people get the vaccine. It's another to massively fine companies and fire individual workers for a vaccine that is in no way, shape, or form akin to Small pox, Polio, etc.
